Tweets to Trees: Bird Watching in the Trees

Join us for a guided walk through the trees to see the different species of birds that share our community in late summer and fall.

Learn about trees and shrubs that you can plant in your own yard to attract birds throughout the year as well as other things you can do to support our feathered friends. This is a physically distanced event limited to a maximum of 15 participants. We encourage you to bring your own binoculars for close-up views of the many birds we hope to see along the way.

Register now for one of these two dates:

September 18, 2021, Lakeside Park, Kitchener: Lakeside Park provides a variety of habitats for us to explore including Shoemaker Pond, a kettle lake created by the glaciers during the last ice age.

September 25, 2021, Ellacott Lookout, Hespeler, Cambridge: The adjacent Mill Pond is one of the Region’s top birding sites.

Information on where to meet and other details will be communicated after you register. Register Here.
